• Client data is handled consistent with FAR-style confidentiality, non-disclosure, and data-handling expectations where applicable
   
• We do not use client data for secondary purposes outside the scope of engagement

Pyro Purchasing Partners Inc. may support clients operating in U.S. federal, defense-adjacent, or regulated environments. When applicable, we handle information in line with contract requirements and commonly used government data-handling expectations.

• Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI): We do not request or require CUI unless it is necessary for the engagement and explicitly authorized under the applicable contract. If CUI is provided, it will be handled in accordance with the engagement documents and any required flow-down terms.
   
• Need-to-Know Access: Access is restricted to personnel and approved subcontractors with a legitimate business need and appropriate contractual obligations (e.g., NDA, confidentiality terms, flow-downs).
   
• Purpose Limitation: Client information—including controlled, proprietary, or sensitive project data—is used only to perform the services described in the applicable SOW/MSA, and not for unrelated internal use, benchmarking, marketing, or any secondary purpose.
   
• Transmission & Storage: We use commercially reasonable safeguards for storage, access control, and transmission of information. Where contractual requirements mandate specific controls, Pyro will follow those requirements as stated in the governing agreement.
   
• Incident Reporting: If we become aware of a suspected unauthorized access to client data within systems we control, we will make reasonable efforts to notify the client consistent with contractual obligations and applicable law.
   
• Flow-Down & Prime Requirements: If services are performed under a prime contract or subcontract that imposes specific security or handling requirements (including FAR/DFARS flow-downs), those contract terms govern to the extent they apply.
   

Nothing in this policy authorizes disclosure of Controlled, Proprietary, or Client-Owned Information beyond contractual permissions.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

While no system is infallible, we apply industry-standard controls and treat client and user data with the same care we apply to our own confidential business information.

Information is retained only for as long as necessary to:

• Fulfill contractual obligations
   
• Meet legal, tax, and compliance requirements
   
• Maintain accurate business and audit records
   

When data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or archived in accordance with applicable laws and agreements.
